Greenhouses, Florists, and Nurseries Tests

Soil / Media

Standard Test: $20 / sample (Spurway or S.M.E)

  • pH
  • soluble salts (electrical conductivity)
  • nitrate, ammonia
  • phosphorus, potassium, calcium, magnesium
  • sodium, iron, manganese, zinc, boron

Optional Test: $8 / sample

  • pH and soluble salts ONLY

Water (used for irrigation, NOT drinking water)

These tests are for water that does NOT contain fertilizer. If fertilizer has been added there may be an extra charge to cover the additional work required.You may wish to contact the Laboratory before sending in such a sample.

  • alkalinity
  • soluble salts (electrical conductivity)
  • nitrate, ammonia
  • phosphorus, potassium, calcium, magnesium
  • sodium, iron, manganese, zinc, boron

Basic Test: $20 / sample

  • without alkalinity - special situation

Optional Test: $10 / sample

  • alkalinity and pH only ONLY
